We are excited to introduce you to the faces of those who make us the stellar company we are today. This week, we are shining our spotlight on Service Dispatcher Lee Pomeroy. Lee can type 35-45 WPM – with just his index finger! But that’s not what got him the job. In addition to quick response times and excellent customer service, Lee is a great fit for Concept Technology’s culture. Read on to get to know Lee:
Q: What thought or message would you put in a fortune cookie?
A: You will feel great tomorrow, even though 1 out of 200 fortune cookies causes an upset stomach.
Q: If you could live in any sitcom, which one would it be, and why?
A: Seinfeld. I’ve seen every episode at least 3 times, so getting to know the characters would be easy. Plus, hearing that bass sound when entering a room would never get old!
Q: What is your favorite season, and why?
A: Spring. It’s not freezing cold or blazing hot outside and, luckily, I don’t suffer from allergies.
Q: What is the most important thing to you in life?
A: Friends and family… and maybe chicken tenders.
