We've been a Concept Technology customer for about a year now and I've been VERY happy with our services. They do several things very well--LISTENING to clients, FOLLOWING THROUGH with projects and COMMUNICATING status updates and resolutions of help desk tickets, etc. We have an assigned staff person, a "maintenance engineer" who oversees the infrastructure of our network and makes recommendations and keeps up with warranties on hardware, etc. This person knows about all of our systems and how they interface. I love having a single point person for the big picture things and then having the ability to access help desk support for the day to day user issues. They honestly make us feel like we are their only customer, which is the highest compliment I can give as that is the essence of customer service.
Our nonprofit organization has contracted with Concept Technology for several years. They have grown tremendously in that time, but remain fairly priced and are available on-demand to meet our IT needs. They have a staff with diverse expertise and take our needs, small or large, as seriously as we do. Highly recommend!
