Fresh Faces: Concept Technology Inc. Adds 10
As one of the top workplaces in Nashville, it comes as no surprise that our team is growing. A lot. In fact, we’ve added 10 employees this quarter alone. We’ve got some of the happiest employees in town, and we love any excuse to celebrate them. So, get to know our growing team!
Doug Carpenter has joined our team as an IT support analyst. He comes to Concept Technology Inc. from ICU security, where he served as computer technician and software support. Some of his hobbies include disc golf, backpacking, running and playing the violin.
Marcus Grider comes to Concept Technology Inc. as a support analyst, where he will work directly with clients to address IT maintenance issues. He most recently worked at interlinc as a system administrator and has over 10 years of IT experience. He’s certified in CompTIA A+, Net+, and Linux+.
Ben Lutz has joined the Concept Technology Inc. team as a field engineer. He previously worked as Director of IT Services at INETCO where he was responsible for managing technicians and client interaction. He’s also quite the foodie.
Joe Patterson comes to us as a field engineer after six years at Advent Pacific, where he worked as lead engineer. He holds Microsoft MCP and MCSE certifications. As a natural problem solver, Joe was drawn to IT, and has over 20 years of tech experience.
Lee Pomeroy is Concept Technology Inc.’s newest service dispatcher. He has spent three years in the service desk environment and served as a team lead at Dell for two years. He’s also into competitive fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Marvel vs. Capcom and has won several tournaments over the last few years.
Paul Mattingly joined the Concept Technology Inc. team as a Network Operations Center (NOC) engineer. He began his career in the Army as a network and telecommunications operator, and most recently served as IT Director at HCCA. Paul has over 10 years of IT experience and has provided support and IT management for non-profits, government agencies, various international organizations and more.
Adam Morgan has joined us as a support analyst. He brings five years of IT experience and is certified in A+ and is in the process of earning his Network+ certification. While he began his career in molecular biology, Adam decided IT was his real passion.
Sarah Valadez has joined our team as interim executive assistant. She has a background in elementary education. She’s a Chicago transplant (Go Cubs!), and her interests include live music, sampling from Nashville’s new restaurants, and exploring in Percy Warner Park.
Steven Vincent joined our team as a support analyst. He comes to Concept Technology Inc. from BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where he served as a security operations center (SOC) engineer. He is certified in CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+. He’s a gamer with a healthy appreciation for both console and PC games and is a diehard Miami Dolphins fan.
Troy Williams has joined Concept Technology Inc. as a field engineer. He has over 25 years of IT experience, including 12 spent running his own consulting company. He’s a native Nashvillian and has a dog and two cats.
