A Message from Our President
Sometimes it seems the technology industry is focused on seeing how fast you can take humans out of the picture. We think humans are the picture.
Two kinds of humans we especially care about are team members and clients. Our core values reflect this:
- Always act in the best interest of the client.
- Enhance the lives of our team members and their families.
These two absolutes guide everything we do.
So, when we bring on a new client, we don’t think about what kind of gross margin we can get out of them or what else we can sell them. We think about how to make sure they are still a client 10 years from now.
And team members are given the same level of respect, because our vision is to be a company where the world’s top talent wants to work. We’ve won many awards for being this kind of company, but the most important indicator is that the great people who join our company tend to stay here.
When you treat the people who make up a company in this way, they extend the same consideration to the company’s clients. It’s what they call a “virtuous circle” in business school.
We call it being human.
