Meet Daniel Akridge

This is Daniel Akridge. In a past life he was a fire safety clown for the Red Cross. Today, he is a Team Leader managing our Support Desk at Concept Technology. On the business side:

Q: What’s the most memorable IT-related challenge you’ve overcome at Concept Technology?

A: In 2000, I had to try and magically recover a program that stopped support. We were able to find one person who still supported that program and had an installer in New Jersey. Abracadabra, problem solved.

Q: What is one of your biggest pieces of advice for clients when managing their IT?
