And he once owned an Alpaca, but that’s a story for another day. Read on for more interesting facts about Keven.

On the business side:

Q: What are some of your daily tasks/main responsibilities at Concept Technology?
A: I make sure our clients’ networks are healthy and protected and our clients are happy. I manage a team of 8 engineers and help make sure they have everything they need to assist their clients effectively.

Q: What’s the most memorable IT-related challenge you’ve overcome at Concept Technology?
A: The most challenging project I had was for a new client located 3-hours away from Nashville. The client needed help migrating all of their hosted server infrastructure in-house and deploying a brand new network to multiple locations at the same time. Initially the project seemed overwhelming, but in the end, everything worked out great!

Q: What is one of your biggest pieces of advice for clients when managing their IT?
A: Having solid backups and a recovery plan are the single most important things you can do for your business.

On the fun side:

Q: What thought or message would you put in a fortune cookie?
A: “Be present in all things and thankful for all things” (from a poet back in the 1920s). Nowadays it’s hard for most people to live in the moment with all the distractions around us.

Q: You’ve been given access to a time machine, where and when would you travel to?
A: I’d go about 8 years back to when my kids were much younger and really try to enjoy every second of it. It’s unbelievable have fast time flies by!

Q: What is your favorite season and why?
A: Definitely the summer! I love the long days, grilling outside, and I enjoy swimming.

Q: What is the most important thing to you in life?
A: Family! My wife and kids are without a doubt the most important things in my life.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][wproto_image image=”10940″ link_type=”custom” custom_link=”http://concepttechnologyinc.com/disasterrecoveryplan/” image_align=”aligncenter”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
