A Letter to Our Nashville Community Partners
As you are likely aware, a tornado came through Middle Tennessee on March 3, 2020, causing serious damage to several neighborhoods, including our neighborhood of Germantown.
We’ve suffered structural damage to our office and will likely not be able to occupy our space for a few weeks. Fortunately, we were able to activate our business continuity plan and are almost fully operational.
Our team members are working remotely from their homes. However, a few are without power. Our telephones are operational, but we are asking that you please use either the online Helpdesk Support Portal, or email us at helpdesk@concepttechnologyinc.com to submit tickets.
